Return and Refund Policy

At VARGA STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your mattress or bed base, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at varga@vargacapital.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Faulty or damaged items will be collected at no charge and replaced or refunded in full. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions. For bespoke or made-to-order products, returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
